Session Twelve is a solo performance that takes place during an online therapy session. During the session, the performer confronts their destructive inner demons, relives abstractified memory, and finds intimacy in unexpected places. Combining contemporary dance, normcore drama, and a new soundscore, the piece ultimately centers around the inherent inexplicability of our inner lives.​

Naomi Kay Tanner is a transdisciplinary artist operating out of uptown Manhattan. She is a tenth generation Texan raised in Garland and has lived, performed, created, and transformed in NYC for over ten years.
